We exclusively offer a delivery service for all our custom cakes within the City of London, United Kingdom. This ensures your cake is transported safely and arrives in pristine condition, ready for your celebration. We do not offer a pick-up option.
Payment, changes, and cancellations
Payments for all orders are securely processed via bank transfer. Should you need to change your order, please email us a minimum of 3-4 days before your scheduled delivery date. This allows us ample time to prepare and accommodate your requests. While we do not offer refunds, you have the flexibility to change your delivery date and theme. If your initial occasion is cancelled, your cake can still be enjoyed at a future date for another celebration.
